that your thoughts & suggestions were always appreciated. And they were always discussed, even if it was the same suggestion but at a different time. Our club's President has ALWAYS brought forth for discussion ideas & thoughts from our members...something that I truly respect him for. I understand that it is probably frustrating for you that your suggestions don't get implemented, but they do get considered & discussed. With a very small budget and thousands of hours donated by our volunteers, it really is difficult to justify paying someone for their direction when a positive outcome isn't certain. If someone donated $200K that was specifically earmarked for that, then it wouldn't be a problem.
