That SM chip with loopy lettering looks vaguely familiar but I cannot place it now. Maybe one of the "Sportsman" clubs? There were several around California, some with still-unidentified chips. Santa Rosa looks like a gold mine for old chips. Or it WAS til you liberated them! Thing at the bottom resembles a dreidl, but with more sides.
