I have 2 different offshore accounts and they have the Election available:

Wager7.eu
Democrats -550
Republicans +400
Other +30000

Betus.com.pa
Clinton -500
Trump +350

Opening an account on any of the offshore books is not a problem in the US as well making daily bets.
