What's the story on the Hotel Nevada (Ely) $3 chip? A drop chip that's seldom / never used? Something else?
I see that it's pictured on the Chip Guide, but didn't know it existed until now.
Was it part of the newest rack of chips when approved by NGCB or was it issued later?
