I am proceeding on the premise that the only dumb question is the one that is not asked. When we get the daily updates via email it doesn't inform us as to what the update is. Is there a way to determine this? Can this info be added to the update? If this update is a change in the TCR reference number or a closing it would be nice to know to keep our records straight.
