Why should the government of the people be involved in union and employment matters? Is it fair for business to be blackmailed and threatened by the unions? Especially one specific person being treated differently?

"It would restore the license if the owner of a closed casino reaches a deal with its union workers to reopen it."

I don't think it's right for a business to get out of promises and contracts by a false shut down, but I also don't think it's right for lawmakers to try to twist the rules, to penalize and circumvent laws they made in the first place?
