You were right. Optimum had thechipboard IP address (87.106.52.106) blocked in their system and I now have received a couple of notifications from webmaster@thechipboard.com. It was a frustrating experience going round and round with techs on the phone, but I finally got in touch with a knowledgeable supervisor at Optimum who resolved the problem by removing the block in their system.
