Hi Michael. Honestly, I know less than nothing about any of the illegal (or legal) gaming that took place in Idaho, nonetheless Boise. And strangely, I have the set of poker chips that some of the BIG SHOTS in Boise used when they would get together to play poker. Nothing special, believe you me. WELL used, cardboard-type chips and the wooden chip container they came in. But that was for their personal game when they got together and played poker together some 50+ years ago. I've never gotten into illegal gaming in Idaho. It holds none of the romantic value that, say, Cactus Pete's or Barton's from Jackpot has. And Pete Piersanti used to run games in Boise before Idaho outlawed gambling. As to who would know, I have even less knowledge there. I know of 2 other collectors who live within a 45 mile radius, and they are Nevada collectors like I am.
