We used to got to TJ for the horse races and dog races at night at the old Caliente track, then Jai Alai late at night downtown TJ. The Jai Alai players didn't make much money, so they would set up a few games every night to make extra money. I have a lot of old tickets and programs from all three events. Fun times, cheap drinks and free admission to all events. Also, went to the Jai Alai matches at the MGM in Reno years ago.
