As a Member of the California Farm Bureau: looks like someone is getting a load of wet hay. This is not good. If stored, wet hay will create its own heat in drying out, and can ignite. Also bacteria thrive in dampness, animals eating such hay can get colic or worse. Always cover your bales when transporting or storing in the rain. Don't let your casino chips get wet, either.
