HI TORREY ... THE APACHE WAS ONLY CALLED NAMED AND LICENSED AS "THE APACHE CASINO" .... SEE THE MARQUEE SIGNS ... THE CASINO CHIP ... THE OLD RPPC POST CARDS ETC. THE APACHE HOTEL WAS A SEPARATE ENTITY ... THE APACHE BAR ALSO SEPARTE ENTITY ... THE APACHE CAFE ALSO ... APACHE CASINO WAS NEVER CALLED OR NAMED THE "THE APACHE CLUB" ... THANK YOU ... RICH BURGEL
