That chip is a Paulson which is noted for bad color scans. that scanner picked up dirt which is barely noticeable to the naked eye. all the other colors on that chip are correct. By the way all of the scans of the last 20 posts were made on a new Brother scanner. I will not buy another scanner. I will clean that chip & try again. Al
