To counteract my usual rants about getting screwed one way or another, today I'm pleased to share a happy story

A buyer waited 10 days from payment and filed a claim for Item Not Received. Oh, Shiite. I responded back, asking him to wait until Tuesday to make it 14 days lost in the mail, and he agreed. Today the Pony Express delivered the envelope, and more amazingly, the buyer actually closed out the case, acknowledging the chips's receipt. That was a first for me!
