I just picked up this $5.00 Sands Chip. Side one looks like any other $5.00 pinwheel chip (full colors).

I was even thinking that maybe the plastic film might have been peeled off, but it doesn't feel like it.

Did it come from the dig? Strange sunburn on one side of the chip, or is it an a bad printing error loss of ink?
