Those tokens were used in the cigarette machine, Don. When Benny ran the Horseshoe, any player could ask for, and receive a pack of cigarettes. The player would make the request of the cocktail waitress, and the floor man would reach into his pocket and give her the token, which would fit into a cigarette machine in the back. I have red, blue, and uncolored tokens. Not sure why, but perhaps to track the comps of each floorman.
