Rich-Winnemucca was my favorite small town. I spent a lot of time there in the 70s hanging out in the
clubs and collecting chips and memorabilia. Unfortunately, not much is left of the old town. I remember
places like the Star,Farris,Gem,Red Bull,Peppers,Scotty's and Cattlemans. The Humboldt was my
favorite. You could stay there for $6 a night. Wish I could go back to those days.
