Found it at an antique/collectible/junk shop in Winnemucca, a couple of years ago. Can't tell from the picture, but the "black background" is actually a mirror.

Found an advertising mirror/thermometer from Monte's Bar at the same time...but I can't find a scan of it. The mirror on that one needs some repair, so it's stashed to avoid further damage. I'm sure I scanned or photo'd it, but the file is probably named something like "img 0785".

Always fun to find something unique!
