I don't remember the dates but PS did make some "Fantasy" Cuban chips for a customer.
I was at the Palms so it was after 2001.

The guy was selling them as real chips.
PS caught a lot of flack from collectors and from NV Gaming.
They stopped. Not sure in the chip in this thread was one of them. I doubt it as PS would not have used the Hilton house mold for someone else.
There was threads about the fantasy chips at the time.

IMO if PS did make the chip in this thread it was after the 1972 Tropicana inlay chip.
David and I went thru all the old Burt records to get that date for PS inlay chips while researching an IOTD.
