As other have mentioned the problem we have always run into is the costs.

In order to break even we would have to double our membership based on the rated we had been quoted previously.

I really like Rich's idea of soliciting the Rio as a 501c3 and we will have to see what they say.

One suggestion that I have mentioned before, I would request that in order for suggestions to be seen by the board that all suggestions related to the club be either posted on the board or emailed to a BOD member. That way we can make sure it gets on the agenda for discussion at the next BOD meeting.

Thanks again for the suggestion and even though it has been talked about before its always good to hear ideas.
