It's great when the package is actually tracked as it's supposed to be.

I mailed a package from Nevada to Ohio a week ago today. The tracking showed that it had been picked up that day ... then nothing until this morning, when it showed that it was delivered.

I've found the tracking to be inconsistent at best - very useful when it works and very frustrating when it doesn't.
