Porto Paseo is a Curacao chip denominated in local currency of NAF for Netherlands Antilles Florins (or Guilder). I believe this is now a non-existent currency.

Lightning Bingo is a non-denominated chip, probably a roulette, from St Maarten.

Mullett Bay is a notched EWING mold chip from St Maarten. Note that there is a similar H&C mold chip with these insert colors and the "sun with rays" design on the inlay.

The grey Grand chip is diamond mold, unusual for the islands. It doesn't seem to be shown in TheChipGuide.
