Can anyone tell me anything about these chips. Hot stamped "capri" on both sides. Most of them are in really bad shape, with the exception of a few. I bought about 100 of them off ebay a couple weeks ago. The seller was in Tacoma, WA...not sure if these came from that area or not. Illegal? Personal chips? Thanks.
