I bought some Saratoga, New York, chips. These came with them. I can't find an ID in Spragg's Preserving History pages. Can anyone ID them? ... ... The seller thought the APS one could be "Pepper's Club." ...The green one looks like a dog... .... Both sides, the same. .. Thanks for looking.
