The Monte Carlo Poker Room use to issue Card Guards but stopped about 4 years ago. I managed to obtain one such example.
I am surprised that you were not given one from the ARIA, as they were giving them out to all Tournament Winners last year. However, I was there 5 weeks ago and they no longer had any in stock.
