The time and effort you put into this post is very much appreciated. To me, anyway, everything you said is spot on, and that's coming from someone who has certainly been guilty of breaking some of the common sense "rules" you've put forth.

How we conduct ourselves in a public forum does reflect on us individually and as a group... and you are 100% correct in that the CC&GTCC and The Chip Board are inextricably linked and, further, that we should all realize what an important benefit Mr. Spragg has provided for us. As it should be used, The Chip Board is a great forum for the dissemination and sharing of information relevant to our hobby, and, as you importantly pointed out, all information is new to somebody.

I hope that you continue to contribute to the board, Sean, sharing your thoughts about the hobby in general and your collecting as well.
