Should the "NCR" designation preface new threads that are "Non Chip Related"?

What was Greg Susong's thoughts on "NCR"?

What about tokens? Slot cards? Casino news? Convention news? Should these be designated "NCR" ?

I think there are 3 schools of thought.

1) Don't use NCR at all.
2) Use NCR only for non-hobby related posts. (ie. sports and politics)
3) Use NCR for all threads that are truly not chip related.
