Even though I think the punishment is light...at least there is "some" punishment. We knew the University would try to self-impose a penalty than would be lighter than what the NCAA would impose.
I'm not sure of the Rules...but I think if the NCAA doesn't act swiftly enough and the University imposes a self-impose penalty...the NCAA may not be able to add to it?? Like I say....I'm not sure...there are always politics...even in football.
