By the way, the crew that was in charge of the replay was from the Big12 and they are on record as saying it was reviewed again and they determined it was not targeting.

It honestly could have been called either way and they had PLENTY of time to review it while he was down.

To call it Dirty Football is implying that it was intentional that they tried to hurt a player.

During the game BOTH the ACC AND Big12 had an opportunity to get the call right.

Again I see no one arguing either of the 2 missed calls that I mentioned earlier, but they both went in favor of ND so I guess Kelly wouldnt comment on them........
