I have no idea why so many of my friends supporting both parties, continue to post on facebook and other sites day after day political topics bashing the other sides candidates.

More than 1/2 of what I read is not even the truth or only part of the real truth.

People are so wrapped up in supporting their candidate that they dont even want to fact check before they take what they are repeating for granted.

A LOT of that is due to the rediculous and biased media again from BOTH sides.

The conclusion I have come to is no matter what you say, your not going to change peoples minds. The vast majority of people are a product of their environment and they are going to believe what others tell them.

Some of my best friends are die hard Democrats and would vote that way if the Republicans were running Mother Theresa.

That doesnt make them bad people, even if I dont agree with their stand politically.

Not to be outdone, I also have friends who see Trump as the second coming and he could literally do anything and those people would support him. Same exact thing on the Hillary side.

I guess what I am trying to say is all people are doing is creating a bigger divide within our country and thats the LAST thing we need when there are already so many people who already hate us and our way of life.

My hope is that people understand that by bashing either candidate you are changing no ones mind. You are only causing damage to friendships and you might not even realize it.
