The public wifi at Wynn (and many other casinos/public locations) is just that - public, and insecure. Be careful what you access.
Although the page displayed shows slotcardbbs that is just because there is a single default page used for all the bb's if you try and access from somewhere unsafe.

Depending on your device you might need to clear the cache once you've left the location in question.
