The computer problem they had recently notwithstanding I always found SouthWest to be a very reliable airline. I try to push my miles and loyalty to Delta but from time to time it makes sense from LAS to take WN as a direct flight to some of my locations. You know what you are getting and it is a very good hard product - maybe not a lot of comfort but once you know the system its a good airline.
