This may be way off base but for what it's worth

Marks Place in Westport was a Disco in the 70's and There was talk about a some backroom shenanigans....(not from personal experience but from hearsay) After marks closed, it became the Acqua restarant but I have no idea of the ownership and it has since closed, I believe.
