Pollack notes that Golden Tulip opened in 11/86

but didn't last long. The government owned about 60% of the place. They used BudJones chips with the Aruba Caribbean name and a pic of a Divi-Divi tree. The place closed in 1991, was renovated, and opened as a Radisson Hotel December of 1993.

So I doubt you will find any chips or tokens with Golden Tulip on them. I was a player in those days but not a chip collector so didn't bring any chips home with me. Here's a luggage sticker I found years later.
