The green inlaid chips are called Arrowheads design. Seymour catalog is PW-AJ. Pretty old but not particularly valuable. Dale values them an "e", which is $6-8 a chip. They were sold to whoever wanted them so can't tie them to a particular club.

Green is one of the less common colors so if you can find a collector who wants all the colors of a design you may be able to do a trade or sale. I know there are at least 9 colors of that design as that's what I've found.
