I don't know if they had any chips, but the Wheel Club & Bar occupied the ground floor of the Lyon Building, on the southeast corner of North Center Street and East Second Street in downtown Reno, from 1944 to 1945, when the top floor of the building burned. Built as the Odd Fellows Building around 1906, it is still standing 110 years later (minus its top floor), today housing a pawn shop, liquor store, and other businesses.
