This is a nice chip I got during Jerry Birl's Hot-hot-hot sale, and I thought I knew where it was from, but...I was wrong. Got GN confused with GK (maybe the K was silent?)

Does anyone know where it was used? Card room? Private? Any info would be helpful, and thanks!
