1) We had NO idea it would take anywhere near that long (given the time and day, it could have been a church crowd);

2) It's in the middle of nowhere and we had no idea where else we could eat;

and

3) My wife had seen the signs a few years earlier (there are signs for miles before you get there) and found out that she had missed something special, and really wanted to go there.

After we ate, we did not regret it at all. The food was great and it was a whole lot of fun. And yeah, had we known, we may not have stopped.
