yesterday my outlook.com reconfigured itself. it looked like i could manage the changes but when i went to send out my normal batches of emails outlook shut me down after i had sent out a few hundred of the thousands i normally send when launching a new batch of items on eBay. i received an error message saying i had reached my daily limit! never got that message before! help please!
