The chip shown on the back of James book was issued by Harrahs, after the Horseshoe closed down and re-opened.
Although the design is similar it is not from the same rack as the $5000's in the hoard.
I believe there is zero chance of any chips from that rack being in the hoard as they were still live chips when the hoard came out.
