Thanks for providing the information I was seeking and more. It looks like the roulette mold chips used in AC and LV are similar with 2 major differences. The AC chips have inserts and roman numerals in black while the LV chips do not have inserts and the roman numerals are in red. Also the chips used in each location have different size heads and fonts. Very easy to see now that you have provided scans and detailed information.
