I would suggest to get in touch with eBay and get out in front of it. I know it can get tricky if they file a claim. I had a claim filed against me for a package that showed as delivered but I missed a step in the claim process and eBay ruled in their favor. I got it sorted out after calling them. They seem to favor the buyer in most cases.
