Am currently working on this and one similar chip and think that I have a translation, but need to check same before posting.

The character at the very bottom on the chips is a denomination, which is why they are different on the two order cards. The purple chip shown has a denomination of $1. There is a green chip in this series as well, and the denomination, this time being in non-Chinese script clearly shows a '25'.

Hope to have a good translation by this time tomorrow and will add to the chip guide once everything is square!
