you are wrong. The seller was really unsure and told me it was on a trip in the 80's, told me which countries he went to and said he was on a cruise. I checked for casinos in those countries and then asked if it could be from Costa Rica. He said it was definitely possible, but he didn't remember. So, the cruise ship would also be a plausible answer. I think you have a very good basis for your conclusion.
