Extra! Collectibles finds - Illegals/ufc's

There was only one more area to look through. Hey, they had some old antique poker chips. Some, I had not seen before, but they were sold as a group and I didn't want to pay for a bunch of chips I don't collect. At the very last part of the area, I saw on the bottom shelf an old plastic (looks like bakelite) carousel. And it had clay chips in it. And they had initials. Sold!! rofl

I bought these chips, all with the initials FWD. Two colors are on the diamond mold and the third, the blue, are on the small key mold. This suggests to me a reorder and makes a home set less likely (who doesn't purchase their home chips all at once?). Of course, we have no records for either mold, but who knows what the iotd crew can do? I found 71 red chips, 57 blue and only 29 white. And 13 of the white chips have had the red chips bleed heavily into them. Of all of the chips, only a small number are in good shape. Many of the blue no longer show the hot stamp on one side and on some the hot stamp is gone entirely.
