I have purchased a few I know were used at an underground club on Long Island and given promotionally during a tournament on Aruba as well as a set that was probably made as a prototype for a hotel project in Aruba that has not actually been built. As long as people realize that some are casino/illegals, some are prototypes, some are home chips, some are advertisements and some are fantasy chips, they can make their decisions accordingly. Rich has not hidden the fact that they come from the manufacturer and he doesn't know how they were used.
