This is a puzzle. Here is a pink advertising chip with A-dash mold and a dragon on the inlay. The best interpretation of the name I can come up with is AUTI CARGO but I can't Google anything useful with those characters. Maybe you can. I am going to submit it to TheChipGuide but think they will want more information for a description. I've had it for several years. Think it came from a chip show.

Maybe they make a cargo container to attach to your car? Auti seems to come up as automobile in some foreign languages.

Maybe it advertises some kind of game?
