Good morning folks, the special edition of the page of the day is here. The Las Vegas Bounty Part 1. Part 2 will be tomorrow, and then on Saturday another POD, and quite possibly one on Sunday. These two Las Vegas Bounty pages were not on my regular scheduling. Sooooooo I will shake a tail feather and get back on schedule by the first of next week. Just look at it this way more cheap chips and pages to look at for everyone. Thanks for bending an ear (and an eye) Will add some harvest stories in the mix too. Reggie
Starting today I will have part one of the bounty of $tuff that I acquired at LV at the show. It will consist of everything I traded for or bought. I am hoping it will bring some of the new members and/or collectors out to do some trading or with very low pricing it will help out any of the POD regulars. Thanks for checking in today. These will be running back to back. (2nd part tomorrow) Thanks for opening up the POD display today. Reggie

TOMMOROW
By Everett Sorrell
Reggie, first let me say I made the harvest, at least the ones that were available, there were no GO chips. The place overall was a disappointment. I left home at 5 PM Friday got there at 7:30. walked in. Everything I saw looked familiar to Diamond Jacks. They had a line set up just inside to help out with the slot cards, since it was fairly short got in it, I noticed they had the red and blue level playing card, there are 4 levels, found out my drivers license was expired and had been for 2 months, but the person behind the counter accepted my retired military ID card, as I was getting my card, mentioned I was a collector and if possible could I also get a blank one of each of the 2 she had, that was one of the good things about my visit. Then I made my way to the cashier cage to check on the chips told cashier what I was looking for, at that point one of the casino hosts assisted me by taking me to a blackjack table, not enough $1 there, but he stayed with me and then took me to roulette table to buy the $1 chips, now that was a pleasant experience. As I said when I walked in I thought I was in Diamond Jacks. with the exception of name change, chips and player cards and a few employees everything else is the same all the same slot machines. Oh by the way went next door to the Ameristar, picked a couple of 2.50’s, hoping I could get the variety with Vicksburg, MS on the bottom edge, but they both were the ones with Vickburg, MS up off the lower edge and to the left of the $ sign. Also I forgot to tell you I won enough at Waterview to pay for the chips. came home with $3.45 in my pocket more than I left home with, if you think any of this if worthy of a harvest story, please feel free to edit and use.

PERSONAL HARVESTING STORIES
BLACK JACK’S CASINO LOLO, MONTANA
NANCY AND I WERE ON THE SECOND HALF OF OUR VACATION WHILE WE WERE STILL LIVING IN CALIFORNIA. THE FIRST HALF WAS MY FAMILY REUNION IN THE CLEARWATER MOUNTAIN AREA OF IDAHO. WHEN WE LEFT THERE WE STARTED OUT BY HEADING OVER THE LOLO PASS INTO MONTANA. THE PASS REST STOP WAS A NICE PLACE TO STOP SO WE DID.
AFTER WE GOT DOWN OFF THE MOUNTAIN TOP, WE CAME IN TO TOWN THAT HAD A MAJOR JUNCTION AND THE TWO ROADS TURNED INTO A 4 LANE ROAD INTO MISSOULA. NANCY SPOTTED A SMALL SIGN THAT SAID “LIVE POKER”. WE NEED ANOTHER BREAK SO WE BOTH GOT OUT, THE PLACE WAS CALLED BLACK JACK’S CASINO AND IT HAD SLOTS, NOT MANY BUT ENOUGH TO KEEP NANCY BUSY A FEW MINUTES.
THERE WAS TWO DEALERS SITTING AT THE TABLE TALKING, AND I ASKED CASUALLY IF I COULD SEE THEIR CHIPS THAT USE IN THE GAME. THEY SAID SURE, AND THE CHIPS WERE KIND OF COOL EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE PAPER LABLES I WANTED THEM. LITTLE DID I KNOW WHAT WAS IN STORE FOR ME, THEY WERE SMARTER THAN THE AVERAGE CARDROOM OWNERS. THEY SAID THESE 50c & $1 CHIPS COST US 80/90c EACH AND I WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE YOU $1.50 EACH FOR THEM. I SAID WHAAAAAT? THE SAID, THE $5’s YOU CAN HAVE THEM FOR FACE VALUE. I WAS HAPPY TO PAY THEM WHAT THEY WANTED, AND I GRABBED NANCY WE WERE OUT THE DOOR AND DOWN THE ROAD. NO, I DID NOT GET ENOUGH OF THE SMALL DENOMS …REGGIE

I will endeavor to provide these free personal chips shown below to everyone that makes even a minimal order. There are 30 in starting of other peoples personals, these were acquired by mistake or given to me by someone other than the sponsor of the chip. They need a good home, and to those of you that are thinking of having a personal chip made for the first time let me say it always a good idea. We have 2 or 3 people that make these within our club. This is always fun around a poker table, people are genuinely impressed with the fact that “you” have your own personal poker chip.
So let me elaborate a little more on the way you can own one or more of these chips shown below. First they are FREE to any one that makes a purchase. The bottom row of my personal chips (there are four), these are $5 each in very limited supply. Please know that the money will go to David Spragg’s maintenance costs on the Chipboard.
Also, if you do not want to make a purchase and are more into trading, I will trade any personal chip except the bottom row of my personals for any chip in slightly used condition; that is not older than 6 months, common, or special it makes no difference. Please know I will trade personals for personals that I do not have.
Hope we can find some common ground to get these nice looking personals into your hands. Thank you for your interest in our ‘Very Fun Hobby” Sincerely, Reggie
