I lived in Madrid for a time - but the only casino then was the Casino Gran Madrid located out of town in Torrelodones. I see they now have one located in central Madrid as well. I am sure neither of these place are near as elegant as the one where your plaque was used. Do you have any idea where it was located in Madrid?
