I don't even know what colors there are. I only have 4 colors. I know there are blue roulettes

Also, I don't know how many tables there were. (I assume there are also tables A, J, K,& L)

Can anyone fill in some blanks. All I have is shown below. I would well trade or well buy for any I need.
