The good news is that I made it to 74! Today is my birthday!

However, the REALLY good news is that my Cardiologist has deemed me healthy enough to receive a kidney! I have been told for the last 8 years that I wasn't healthy enough to receive one. I have End Stage Rena Failure, both kidneys have failed and I am now on dialysis 4 days per week, 3 hours per day. However, my health and stamina have been improving and I now "qualify" to receive a kidney!!

I will be sending out a blog regarding this adventure but just wanted to share that news today!
